Cruise Information: Excursions
Unlike land conferences, we have the opportunity to enjoy excursions available in the exotic ports of call we are visiting. As part of your conference package, you get your pick of three of these great excursions below. Whether it is golf, sailing, shopping, racing yacht or just chilling out on the beach, we have something for everybody and it’s all included!

Puerto Rico (San Juan)

One of the largest islands in the Eastern Caribbean, Puerto Rico's landscape encompasses mountains, underground caves, coral reefs, white-sand beaches and an incredibly massive rain forest that supplies fresh water to most of the island. At the same time San Juan, the capital of the commonwealth, is a big city with a bustling business district, glitzy resorts and casinos, as well as one of the most stunning examples of colonial life in the Western world.

Fun Things to Do:

Explore Old San Juan, the second-oldest European settlement in the New World. Ride to San Felipe El Morro, the most dramatic of all the city's military fortifications. Visit the Casa Blanca Museum & Gardens, the Ballaja Barracks, Quincentennial Square, San Jose Church, San Juan Cathedral, and Cristo Chapel.

Taste of Local Flavor
Puerto Rico is a great place to enjoy authentic Spanish-style sangria and taste a wide array of delicious tapas.

St. Maarten (Philipsburg)

When the Spanish closed their colonial fort on St. Maarten in 1648, a few Dutch and French soldiers hid on the island and decided to share it. Soon after, the Netherlands and France signed a formal agreement to split St. Maarten in half, as it is today. Philipsburg displays its Dutch heritage in its architecture and landscaping. The island offers endless stretches of beach, beautiful landscapes and great shopping.

The Best of St. Maarten Full Day Tour
In the French Capital of Marigot, explore the boutiques, markets and cafes. Board a motorized catamaran for a cruise while enjoying rum or fruit punch, iced tea or soft drinks. On your return to Marigot, you re-board the bus and return to the Dutch capital of Philipsburg while traveling through the Orient Beach area and down the east coast. On arrival in Philipsburg, you will board a snorkeling vessel to Shipwreck Cove. Guests should bring swimwear, towels and sunscreen. Lunch not included.

Scuba Dive with Equipment
The dive site will be chosen prior to your dive based on prevailing weather conditions and mooring availability. All of the sites vary between 50 – 75 ft in depth and are suitable for all levels of experience. When possible a combination of 1 reef and 1 wreck dive will be chosen with safety being the priority. This is limited to certified divers who have been on a dive within the last two years. Certified divers must present a valid certification "C" card in order to participate.

Tiki Hut Snorkel Park

Beneath calm waters lie the hulls of 6 plus ship wrecks, cannons and a scuttled yellow submarine. Tropical Caribbean reef fish, turtles, rays, eels, lobsters and octopus are frequently spotted. Snorkel, swim, relax on a floating lounge or noodle or lay on a deck chair

America's Cup Sailing Regatta
Dennis Conner's America's Cup winning Stars & Stripes, Canada II and True North are yours for this once in a lifetime adventure. The expert crew will show you exactly what to do in your "crew members" position. After the race, enjoy the complimentary victory rum punch party. Should you choose to participate in the actual sailing of the yacht, please be advised that this can be strenuous and, as a participant, you must determine your own limitations.

St. Thomas (Charlotte Amalie)

St. Thomas is known as an idyllic vacation spot today, but its history is not so peaceful. In the 18th century, the island was at the center of a bustling pirate culture, as swashbuckling pirates such as Blackbeard and Drake traded stolen wares in the port of Charlotte Amalie. This world-renowned Caribbean island is home to amazing beaches, gorgeous sea and landscapes and unbelievable duty-free shopping.

While the beaches and ocean are beautiful, there is one thing that really sets St. Thomas apart - shopping. Browse through the shop-lined streets of Charlotte Amalie and find out why St. Thomas is called the "duty-free shopping capital of the world." Shop for duty-free trinkets and bargains on everything from liquor to imported china and crystal.

Champagne Sunset Harbor Cruise
Once onboard "Castaway Girl", you will be treated to an open bar of champagne, beer, sodas, rum smoothies, and water, while snacking on a delicious assortment of dry snacks. Listen to soft Calypso tunes or Jimmy Buffet's songs of the Caribbean.

Mahogany Run Golf Course
Tom and George Fazio designed this course that winds along the coast, covered by the stately trees that give it its name. Views of the water are startling, and holes like number 13, 14 and 15 the famous Devil's Triangle are postcard
perfect. Includes green fees, transportation and shared golf cart.
